The EPTFE layer is an expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (EPTFE) microporous membrane formed by a nano-scale biaxial stretching process. It has a controllable pore size of 0.05-10μm, a porosity of >85% and chemical inertness. It is embedded in the composite material as the core functional layer, giving the end product waterproof and breathable properties (>20,000mmH₂O hydrostatic pressure, >15,000g/m²·24h moisture permeability), anti-pollution/corrosion resistance (EN 14325) and extreme environmental adaptability (-200 degree to +260 degree ), and is widely used in filtration, protection, energy and electronic packaging fields.
